What Documents Will I Need to Supply to Obtain a UK Tier 2 Sponsor Licence?

 Businesses have to give documents which prove -


  • That it has covered employer’s liability insurance, which is up to £5 million

  • That it has Certificate of VAT registration

  • That the organisation is registered as an employer with HM Revenue and Custom

  • That they have a recent bank statement or a letter from the bank setting out dealings 

  • They have ownership or lease of the organization premises


Till now, documents related to sponsor licence application had to be either original or certified copies. But because of the Coronavirus outbreak, the Home Office has relaxed this rule.
