Sponsoring a Tier 2 Visa

Sponsoring a Tier 2 Visa enables employees to transfer existing employees who are non-EEA nationals to a UK branch. For a large Tier 2 sponsorship, the annual fee is 1,476 pounds and For a small tier 2 sponsorship, the annual license is 536 pounds. If you wish to maintain a license and pay application fees, employers will be required to pay an extra fee for each certificate of sponsorship that is allocated to it.

You need to have a job offer letter and documents proving the company’s legal existence. You can extend the Sponsored Tier 2 visa for another 5 years. The extension should take place before the expiry of the present visa; you can also switch from tier 2 ( sportsperson) or tier 2 ( minister of religion).
